I have seen five tickle scenes on Pokemon. One where Ash got tickled by Meowth to drop a trophy that was valuable, one where a Haunter rubbed against Misty's stomach and it seemed to tickle her, one where Jesse was licked by some Shuckle, one where a Bulbasaur tickled May on the face with a one of its vines, and one where a girl either tickle tortured May into letting her see her Pokemon Contest ribbons or was just feeling around for them in her shirt but it did tickle her. I will try to post the episode names of them in case anyone finds them and upload them.
