I don't believe that one exists, however, it is possible, with all the episodes it had. 😛

There are a bunch of "not quite" scenes, the one being most prominent in memory is the one with Haunter where she says that it tickles but all it's really doing is rubbing against her side. The only scene I can think of at all in Pokemon is where Ash gets tickled... ah well.

I also have pictures, but I don't think anyone made a clip of that scene since it is very very short and not really tickling at all.
