Polls?

How many posts does one need here to create a poll?
I was denied this ability.

Eh? You SHOULD be able to. I just did a search and found several examples of members with fewer posts then you making polls. I see no reason why you would be denied....You were starting a thread and tried to make a poll I assume....what exactly did it say?

This is what it said exactly as I tried to start a thread in the Polls forum.

TickledToDeath, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I thought as much. The reason is simple: No one other than TT and the Staff may post there. The reason is likely this: if you will remember, every new poll the bossman made there was also placed on the main page of the TickleTheater, integrated into the Theater itself. Thus, TT made sure that only he could post polls there, since it was meant for major site polls. Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the Polls section: See where it says "Posting Rules?" I'll bet it says you may not post new threads, right?

So nobody can create polls anywhere?

Polls can be created, just not in the Tickling Polls Section. Anywhere you can start a thread normally, you can post a poll.
