Pomni: (The Amazing Digital Circus) Candy Tickles
The Candy Canyon Kingdom…
Pomni was feeling down, still unable to find any way to escape the bizarre Digital Circus she had begrudgingly gone with the others to an “adventure” in the Candy Canyon Kingdom
“Man she looks so upset…” Ragatha said to the others
“Yeah the gal really needs to laugh more…” Jax grinned as they went through the portal and arrived. Once there Princess Loolilalu had explained how bandits had kept on robbing them of syrup and the heroes had to stop them
Driving through the desert on a rig from the kingdom the gang had not managed to find the bandits after several hours so had decided it best to split up. Ragatha had tried to go with Pomni but Jax had got there first, deciding they would wait there while the others drove around trying to find the bandits
“So…” Pomni sighed as she sat on a rock and kicked at the sand while Jax used a shovel to dig a shallow hole “…any ideas how we find them?”
“Sure., we just need some bait…”
“Bait?” she asked as she then saw him approaching her holding some ropes “Hey wait…”

“J…Jax… I’m really not sure about this…” Pomni said worriedly, Jax had, with lightning speed, managed to tie her arms behind her back and toss her face down into the hole, before quickly burying her to leave only her head and feet uncovered. Pomni had immediately tried to get free, but the gloopy consistency of the candy all around her made it impossible to get out of
“Don’t worry Pomni have I ever steered you wrong?”
“Um well…” she began to answer
“Great!” he cut her off “Now let’s continue” he grinned as he took out a key from his pocket
“HEY!?” Pomni gasped as he touched it against her red and blue jester shoes, and they vanished leaving her barefoot “HOW DID YOU?”
“Just a little something I picked up, now be quiet and let me work!” he replied as he took ten small strings and ten small stakes from behind his back. Binding one string to each toe and pulling it taunt then staking it into the ground so Pomni couldn’t move her feet an inch
“Ok… how is this going to help?” she said nervously as Jax took one last item out… a bottle of syrup he had procured from the kingdom
“Patience” he replied smugly as he unscrewed the lid “We just need an army…”
“EEEHHKK!!!!” Pomni cried as she felt something drizzle onto her soles, recognizing the sweet smell
“WAIT!!! WHAT THE HELL?” she cried, but Jax was already sitting back and watching his plan unfold
Pomni couldn’t see it, but Jax had deliberately buried her near an ant hill and now a swarm of multicolored gummy ants began climbing out and marching towards her…
“Jax? Seriously how is this going to hEHEHHEHEHEHEHEEELLLLPPPP???!!!!!” Pomni started to ask, then let out a panicked shriek as the ants started to make contact with her feet
“HAHHAHAHHAA WHAHHAHATT???!!!”
“Simple, it’s an army to help us” Jax grinned
“HAHHAHAHA GEHEHHHTT TTHHEEMMM OOHHFFFF!!!!!!” Pomni begged as the horde of ants started exploring her pale white soles with their miniature legs and antennae before unleashing small tongues to lick up the syrup. Pomni kicked with all her might but could not move her feet in any direction to escape them
“HHAHAHHAHAHAA JAAHHAHAAXXXX!!!!!!”
“Yeah?” he replied nonchalantly
“STTAHHAHAAAPP THHEHEEEMMM!!!!”
“No way, my plan’s totally working”
“HAHAHAHAAA PPLLAHAHAHANN!!!!” she cried in disbelief
“Yeah, eventually the bandits will hear your screams and come to investigate the commotion, then I’ll take them out… pretty clever huh?”
“HHAHAHHAHAHAA NOOHHHOOO!!!!”
“Not my fault you can’t recognize genius” he shrugged
Pomni was now howling and sobbing as the ants kept probing and exploring every inch of her soles to lick up all the syrup, some working in the wrinkles of her soles, some targeting the balls and heels, others the insteps…. but the absolute worst was at her toes. Pomni couldn’t see them but could feel that a swarm had gathered there! While one or two worked at each toe to get the underside and pads of them, with three or four licking away at the gaps in between each toe, the combination of all this sent the poor jester girl into complete hysteria and barely able to form words
“HHHAAHHHAAAAAAAA JJAAAHHHXXXX HHHHHHAAAHHHAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!” Pomni screamed over and over but he just watched between her and the horizon scanning for the bandits
“Keep it up Pomni, they should hear the commotion soon enough”
“HHHAAHHHAAA PHHLLLEEAASEEEE HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!”
“Sure! Good idea!” he grinned as he noticed the ants had nearly licked all the syrup off
“HHHAAHHHAAAA JAHAHAHAHAHHXXXXX YYOOOHHOUUUU $%&$&$&&$&&&&***$$%%^^^$$% JJEEHHEEERRRKKK!!!!!!! Pomni screamed as she felt him slowly pour more syrup out onto her soles, starting at the heels and allowing it to trickle down to her toes, with the ants eagerly resuming licking away to get the new bounty despite Pomni’s high pitched screams and trembling feet as she tried with all her might to kick them
“HHAHAHAHHAAAA JAHHAHAHAAXX!!!!! GEHEHHEHETT THHHEEEMM AWAHAHAHAYYY!!!!!!!!” she wailed over and over but no respite came
Eventually Pomni realized that Jax wasn’t even there! Instead he had carefully placed the bottle at an angle to allow the syrup constantly drizzling down her soles to keep the ants actively licking away
“HAHAHHAHHAHAHAA HEHEHHHEELLPP!!! ANNNHHYYOOHHNNEEEE!!!!!!!!” Pomni screamed, her voice echoed all around the canyon
Pomni could only pray the syrup would run out, but there seemed to be a constant supply making her worry if it was some kind of glitch or an infinite amount due to the candy world. All she could do was laugh and laugh for what felt like hours as the ants continued licking away, never seeming to be satisfied

“Pomni?!” she finally heard a voice call after only hearing her own laughter for so long
“HAHAHHAHAAHAAA RAAHHAGGAATTHHAAA!!!!!!” Pomni screamed at seeing her friend approach
“HANG ON!” she yelled and ran over, only for a dart to suddenly hit her upper arm
“What thheeee…” see said confused as she pulled it out and slumped unconscious
“Oh man… what a waste of a perfect shot!” Jax huffed as he appeared from behind a nearby rock
“HAHAHAAA YYOOUU WERREE HEERREE THHEE WHHOOLEE TIIHHMMEE???” Pomni cried in disbelief
“Yeah duh, I was waiting to snipe the bandits!” he replied as he looked over to the unconscious Ragatha
“Well… no sense deviating from the plan…”
“Oohh…” Ragatha groaned as she came to… and found herself bound and buried the exact same way as Pomni!
“WHAT?!” she screamed as she tried to move
“RAGATHA!!!!” Pomni cried
“Pomni?! What the hell is going on?!” she seethed
“It was Jax!”
“JAX? I’m gonna tear him apart!” she growled, then as if on cue two shots rang out… knocking over two new bottles of syrup that had been positioned precariously by their ankles, causing them to tip and start drizzling out the contents upon their soles
“OOOHHHH NNOOO!!! NOHOT AGAAAHHINN!!!!” Pomni screamed in a panic
“What?! What’s going on?!” Ragatha cried worriedly as she felt the syrup trickling down her feet
“NNOOHHOOOHOHOHOHHO MOOOOHHRREEE!!!!!! HAHHAHAHAA GGEHEHTTT AWAHAHHAAHYYY!!!!! Pomni began laughing helplessly then Ragatha felt something moving at her feet
“HAHAHAHAA WHAHAHHAAHTTT???!!!” she cried then started laughing as she realized a horde of ants were now licking at her own soles!
“HHAHAHHAHAHAA JAHHAHAXXX GEEHHEHTT UUHHSSS OOIUTTAAAHAHA HEHHEHERREEE!!!!!” Ragatha cried as she instinctively tried to move her feet but found her toes all bound and unable to move as the ants freely licked away to lap up the syrup
“Sure… once the bandits show up” Jax’s voice called from his hidden perch “Now just keep being bait until they show up”
“HAHHAHAHHAAA HHEHEHEHEELLLPPP!!!!!” Pomni and Ragatha cried out, all they could do was hope the others would show up to save them
