For the potato chip lovers of the forum: What is your favorite kind of chip?

As may not surprise people, since I lived not far from the factory in Hanover, and even visited there once, my favorite kind of chip is Utz. I was actually introduced to them in the 1980s by my dad. He used to do a lot of business in Hanover when we lived with him, and would bring home tubs of Utz chips and pretzels.

I've been trying to stay away from chips lately to watch my weight, but broke down and bought some Wise chips today. (They were in sale lol, and I'm cheap). Not bad, but I like Utz better.

I like Doritos' but I've tried cool ranch, and I like the original Doritos better.

I don;t know if we can call Dorito's a potato chip though. It's a corn chip, unless i'm mistaken.

I would say Lay's are my favourite potato chip. Plain, rippled, and preferably with dip, but fine without it.

Cos, you mentioned Dorotios being a corn chip. I think they are considered a Tortilla Chip, with spice.

When I mention "Original" Dorotio's, there is also a flavor called Cool Ranch, that has sour cream in the chip. The original flavor doesnt have sour cream.

Regular baked lays or BBQ lays. Anything lays in general really. Not a fan of Herr's, they tend to go stale really fast.

Doritos is not potato chips...

I don't care much for brand names, but I love kettle-style chips. Very crispy & tasty...

as for flavor, I love sour cream & onion... although barbecue is a close second.

Love the seasoned pepper,waffle cut potato chips from them.

Another flavor of potato chips I love are the russet flavor.

Cape Cod chips are sooo good! I tend to just like the regular flavor. Though the dill pickle-flavored Pringles are a close second!

Brandi when I was in PA I often ate just regular flavor Pringles. I used to love those. Since moving here I've cut down on the chips, but havent had Pringles in a while.
