Work on improving her laughter
This comic looks cool so far, but I think you should really improve on her laughter, maybe have her squint her eyes and throw her head back a little. Also, I'm not too keen on the idea of tying up Bubbles and the other PowerPuff girls. After all, they're little kids! Super strong, flying, laser vision kids, it's true. But kids nonetheless!

If kids had problems with being tied and tickled they wouldn't be playing tie-up games.

Maybe Johnny Bravo got so tired of Suzy bugging him, he decided to give her some tickle-torture ?

You see, I couldn't do much with her laughter and such because these images were all screen shots from newgrounds.com's PPG assassin series. I got the arms and feathers from lurch's site and pasted them on. The text was added as well. The next in the series will be Blossom, she tries to save Bubbles. Then Buttercup will try to save Blossom. And on the final page they will all be tickled together! Heheh!

i could really care less if u didn't draw it, or if bubbles is a little kid being tied up and tickled... GREAT PIC!
I think it's interesting that you should try to question ones artistic talent with how well that person can draw. Just because that person isn't a good artist with pencils doesn't mean that she isn't artistically challenged. Frankly, I can tell that the artsistry is coming from the random use of tolls located from other sites from the web and coming together to make Bubbles looked tickled. So just relax man. Keep it up luv2tkgirls. I like your innovation 🙂
