Praise for Vellication Videos!

Probably one of the most gracious people you'll ever come across, especially krebb. I just recently ordered from this company, unsure of what to expect. I was completely blown away by their generosity and kindness. For instance, i ordered 2 videos as part of the august 2 for 1 sale...weeks go by w/ no sign of the videos. So i contact krebb and say "what's the deal?" On his reply, i was expecting a "well, don't know what to say, better luck next time, i can resend for $10 more" or something to that extent. Instead, he replies w/ a very sincere and gracious apology and even offers me a free sample from his new unreleased video. That in itself was great customer service to me. secondly, there's something very raw and untainted about their videos that make them very appealing. The models are great and ticklish and the people are very friendly. I am recommending these guys! BUY FROM THEM! you won't be dissappointed!

I had the same positive experience with these guys( please read my vid review of "so ticklish now" in the review section probably a few pages back now). The bottom line is, these guys are prompt, courteous and customer friendly. They offer a very affordable product, they offer FREE vidclips to preview (unlike some companies who want you to buy a membership to view their clips, and then you can buy their overpriced videos). Vellication seems to try to serve the varied interests of the tickling community (feet, upperbody, ect.) They are a new company, but they seem to be learning fast,and this is the type of company that the community should try to encourage and support. Lets take the same amount of time to praise the good companies out there that we take to bash (and they deserve the bashing and dont deserve my money) the companies that are overpriced and NOT customer friendly, unless you buy a membership, that is.

I couldn't agree more with you all. Irving is terrific to deal with!

I bought his first two videos a few months back, and emailed him my "suggestions." I told him that these were terrific first efforts, and that obviously a lot of fun was had by those people in the videos. But I admitted they really weren't as intense as I generally prefer.

His response?

This guy emailed me, thanking me repeatedly for my input, promising to improve, and offered to send me something "more to my liking" in the future. At no charge!

Sure enough, last week he emailed me again to say he still "owed" me a video, but had misplaced my address. After falling off my chair, I picked myself back up, replied to his message, and last night, there it was: one of his latest videos, "Powla," was in my mailbox. Free of charge.

For a newcomer to the production of tickling videos, he's on the right track, as this one was significantly improved over his already nice first efforts. But it's his customer service that's already put him on my map, and has won me over. I'll definitely be more open to buying his future releases, just based on this one experience...

Nice job, Irving. And Thanks!

p.s. Irving: I'm guessing you'll not make it a general practice to give away your products for free. You'll never stay in business very long that way! 🙂
