This has probably been posted before, but I just discovered a cute little video featuring two college-aged girls being tormented by a mischief-making, Dr. Seuss-like character. The opening sequence is fully animated and features a song introducing the title characters, Tracy and Dottie.
At about the 18 second mark, both girls fall from the sky and land on letters spelling out their names. Tracy lands in a sitting position on the letter "T" at the top of the screen, while Dottie zips past her landing facedown below. Tracy locks legs around Dottie's calf, grabs her heel, and tickles her sole for 2 or 3 seconds.
Dottie's reaction is cute. Her foot spasms in Tracy's grip, and she starts to rise, but the "&" sign in "Tracy & Dottie" appears over her back, pinning her in place. Dottie proceeds to writhe around on her letters, fighting into a push-up position with a priceless "oh $#!t" expression on her face. Then she closes her eyes, bites her lip, and gradually turns purple until she all but explodes with musical laughter that stretches out past the song.
This is not anime. Both women are beautifully rendered and vivedly colored: cute pixie faces with sexy bodies. Not sure how to link. Sorry. I found by accident. Just go to Youtube's page and type in "Tracy and Dottie" to view it. Maybe someone with more internet savvy than I will know how to handle it.
