Can anyone here that's either from HITW Gang or not with the right equipment make vidcaps of this olderly mature Yoga Instructor? She is on channel 21 WLIW they give her stretches at 6:30 to 6:45 AM Eastern time during the week Mon-Fri.I have been following her stretches for years now and I'm just dying for someone to make good quality caps of one of her segments especially with alot of full frontal sole shots in them.
