How come whne i try to private message it saays admin has disabled it. Is there a way to enable it??? 😕
 
Nope. Only the admin can. My guess, based on historical fun with the setup of this site, is that having it enabled did bad things.

It had a tendency crash the server. It will continue to be off for the forseeable future
