problem getting in chat

I have been trying to get into chat at my other house and for some reason it doesn't let me in. It's come to a box that says logging in but it dosen't log in. It also dosen't say connect either. If anyone has any advice please help, thanks.

This is the classic Java issue. You need to update your Java on that system. Head over to Sun.com and download the newest java plug in for your system and instal. That should do the job.

It looks like I'm running into a bit of trouble getting in as well. It'll take a bit longer than usual to connect and load the applet, finally reading Applet started, but then the connect button which leads to the chat window never appears and I get an error message saying "Connection failure has occured."

Update- Tested the chat and everything checked out. Not sure why I couldn't get on yesterday, but it seems to have been only temporary.
