Problem with hacha

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.

I tried to download the clip from
http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=11903

When I open hacha 3.3, it shows "Developed by: Dr. Software", it then disappear and that's it.

I would be grateful if anyone can help me. Thanks.
P.S. I am using Chinese Window

I dunno.

Usually when you double click the "Hacha" programme you should get q window asking you to join or split (or 'Cortar' and 'Pegar').

Go here for help. Or you could ask Missy Val or Cosquillero for advice.

I'm sorry I can't be of much help! I'm still a 'Noob' at Hacha aswell! ^^

First, try to download version 3.5.
After you used the program for joining files, you can join other Hacha files by double clicking on the first file. Hacha will join the files without opening the program itself.

I using Chinese WinXP too. And my problem is exactly the same as yours.
So I think we are probably have no solution for this problem on Chinese WinXP.
By the way, are you a Chinese? from Mainland or elsewhere?

Hi, Banana,

From the screenshot it looks like Hacha is associated with the .0 extension, so double-clicking on the file ending in .0 should join the clip.

Jerrold, these are the instructions for the first use of Hacha 3.4 or higher:

Instructions: Download all of the zipped files for the video. Unzip all of them, place them all in the same folder, and do not rename any of the files.

For the first use of Hacha, unzip the Hacha zipped file and place the .exe on your desktop or other convenient place. For Version 3.4 and higher, click "Join" and then browse to in the folder which contains the file parts (.0, .1, etc.) you wish to join. Select the file ending in .0, then click "Join Parts."

After the first use of Hacha, the .0 file type will be associated with Hacha thereafter, and you will only need to unzip the split files. If they are all in the same folder with Hacha.exe, you can double-click the .0 file (with the Hacha icon) to automatically join them.

Unfortunately, after I double click the Hacha 3.5 the only reaction is that the Hacha's logo come out (the same logo as Banana had posted on the top of this page), but there is no bottun for me to click. Then the logo disspeared and nothing more happened.

You can see the picture posted by Banana. It shows the only reaction after clicking Hacha.exe, no button to click🙁

A possible workaround would be to delete the hacha 3.5 that you have and then re-download it from this thread. Then, (1) unzip and place hacha.exe in your C:\Program Files folder, (2) double-click hacha.exe once to associate the extension .0 (may not work), then (3) right-click the unzipped file that ends in .0, (4) click 'Open With,' (5) if hacha is on the list, choose it, and if hacha is NOT on the list, browse (from within the 'Open With' dialog) to C:\Program Files and select it, then click it. Make sure the box is checked that says "Always use this program to open this type of file."

If none of this works, then it's possible that Hacha is not compatible with Chinese versions of Windows XP 🙁 I hope that this is of help.

I have tried the way you told me. This problem is not how to open Hacha or to activate Hacha, but how to make Hacha work well in the Chinese WinXP.

Just like Banana from Hong Kong and ypwz from Shanghai, I tried many ways to solve the problem.
