problems viewing

Hello all 🙂 Im new to the site, but having problems trying to view vid/cartton clips. Eventually the page arrives at 'real one' player but tells me that it cannot play, despite looking for 'updates' ???? any advice please.... many thanks. Quillman

Did you right-click and save the file to your hard drive? Most clips don't play if streamed, i.e. viewed directly from the Theater, instead of downloaded and viewed from your computer's hard drive. Try that.
