Actually...prostitution is legal...at the brothels.

You have to be 21. People that "get it" younger usually have the fake I.D. to show 21. If you're looking for a brothel...check out The Cherry Patch Ranch in Pahrump...it's about 45 minutes away from Vegas, and if you're too young to rent a car, there are plenty of cabs in Vegas willing to take you!

ForgottenTklr, although prostitution in brothels is legal in Nevada, that's probably not the best place to do it. In my experience, prostitutes rarely allow bondage (safety reasons), and not too many of them are into tickling. It depends very much on the 'serving' girl.

If you want a new experience with tickling, the least expensive variety is to attend a gathering. No sex, no nudity there. Just tickling, and many like-minded people.

For about the same price as a brothel, you could visit a BDSM studio (especially in the LA area). They are equipped with most interesting bondage facilities, and they understand the needs of tickle-fans much better than prostitutes. But: no sex, no nudity either.
