In a fit of rage he orders his goons to pick her up and bring her to his hideout in the city’s warehouse district. Once in his clutches Miss Morgan quickly learns the full extent of her ticklish predicament as Scanlin enlightens her to his torturous method of dealing with unruly dames.

I really enjoyed your "Invasion of the Bee Girls" story in the first installments of Pulp Tickles, so I decided to give the Mandi Morgan story a try... and I was totally pleased with the results! The art is great (you guys are really gelling as a team), the story is a lot of fun... and every page is chocked full of tickle action! Kudos to both of you!!!
