If a law gave you the right to tickle you wife/girlfriend in plublic to punish her of whatever bad behavior, would you do it?

that's a good question plumo81, my first instinct would be HELL YEAH i would and i was just about to click my vote for yes when the selfish side emerged from deep within and i found myself thinking that it would be more fun to "punish" my girlfriend in private. i dunno why im thinking in such a me me me way, but i would want to do it for MY enjoyment, and i dont think id want anyone else to be able just to stand by and watch. and besides, even if that was a law and was legal...it would prolly be illegal to tickle her on her most ticklish spots in public, if you get my drift.
