Yeah, the snakes thing is kinda creepy, but I thought it fit since this story is sort of about fear in relation to sexual interest. As far as bringing down the wrath of the big snake, I didn't really say for sure, but I think he was just telling that story in order to frighten her, so no. The Midgard Serpent is an idea borrowed from The Last Unicorn, by Peter S. Beagle, I'm pretty sure it has roots in real folklore since most of the creatures in that story have a history in mythology. Anyway, thanks again 🙂

well i was sort of hoping that isabelle and professor Snapes would fall in love, but doesnt look like thats gonna happen , judging from the end of this story.....
