Question about building website

If i was going to build a non-tk related website what provider should i use? (i could always use geoshities😛 just kidding!) The only thing is it has to be free.

Dr...Geocities is fine if you have a small site with no even remotely adult content and little traffic. If these things don't apply, they're a nightmare. You constantly get temporary shutdowns and the site gets pulled without notice or response as to reason if they don't like it.

I didn't use their web design program. But, unless you know something about html, I think it's a bit too much for most...at least that's the impression I got from the quick peak I took. It's just not a very user friendly place.
