How does the credit card charge appear on the bill that is sent home?

It's listed simply as CCBill. No matter what company you order from or what material you order, your statement will only say "CCBill" and the amount.

Actually, it will apprear differently on each statement. It will show the first 5-10 characters on the company name followed by a *. The business name isn't necessarily the website name though. For example, extremetickling.com shows up as "internet bi*" because the ficticious name I set up shows the company name as "Internet BIlling Co.". Same for tickleflix.
