Question about local production laws

I posted this on TMF as well as here and I apologize if this has been discussed before.

I've recently discovered that a friend of mine(short, cute italian girl) is extremely ticklish and has a gorgeous, most helpless sounding laugh I've ever heard. She agreed to make some content with me but before I got into that I wanted to check out the local laws regarding the production of adult content.

If anyone knows how I can find out what the laws are regarding the production/sale of this sort of thing I would greatly appreciate it. Chances are I'll end up sharing this beautifu laugh with you all regardless but I like to be on the legit side of things.
