question about this tk scene

i found this in another post about caratoon tickling:

C.O.P.S. - Three very short gangsters impersonate babies to get
into the house of an old rich woman. They have her
tied up (arms to side) and demand that she tell them
where her jewels are. The old woman still thinks that
they are children and are just playing a game with
her. She tells them to do their worst. The leader says
okay boys lets give it to her. They all pull out long
white feathers and tickle her under her arm, her
stomach and bare foot simultaneously. The woman begins
to laugh (very realistic) and says that she'll never
talk. They give up and search the house.


but I know it's not "c.o.p.s.", I'm thinking that it's the beagle boys in ducktales. anyhow, Im trying to find the episode name, can anyone help me?

Are you sure it's not C.O.P.S.?
As in the cartoon obviously, not the reality TV show of the same name.
I remember a cartoon called C.O.P.S., this one. But I never watched it much as a kid, so I have no recollection of this episode..
Hope that is of some help.

It was COPS. It was a cartoon in the late eighties I believe. The characters were police officers and were drawn really bulky like the Rescue Rangers.

yea, it was C.O.P.S. I remember that episode in particular. The bad guys were recurring characters; SmallGuy and his thugs, Snub-Nose and Sawed-Off. The victim was a rich old widow named Mrs. Pinchadime. Not exactly April O'Neil in terms of "wanna-see-her-tickled"-ness.

I have an especially "fond" memory of that show because there was a computer expert called Mainframe, and I got nervous about a similar character I'd introduced in a book I was writing. Copyright infringement, n' all. The book never got finished, and due to its' subject matter, probably never will be after recent events. Oh, well.

A note...

The show was rerun under the titie "Cyber C.O.P.S." in the late 90s. Loved that episode and the show in general....
