Question about US Laws and the Porn Industry,

I know recently that not long ago at all the US passed a law which forced porn companies based in the US to reveal the actual identities of the actresses who work for them as well as display these identities publicly (thus possibly jeopardizing the safety of thousands of porn actresses). My question is if I ever started in a tickle torture porn flick in a nation outside the United States would they still be required to post my real name (even if the only way to access their stuff is to purchase a clip online)?

Im im not a lawyer but I would imagine that this law was made to insure that minors werent being used to the creation of the material. However, there is no possible way that the US goverment is tracking/forcing every company that brings porn into the united states to comply to these standards. it would be like trying to stop the rain with your hands LOL

It's more like they try and impose their beliefs and values upon the rest of us Queenbee. Thanks Valari for the info. I had received an offer from a good friend who works for a French based women only ran/staffed porn company to help set up, produce, and star in a few dungeon bondage/tickle vids. Unfortunately, I don't know if they comply with this awful law. If they do, I'll be forced to decline.

Hmmm...you may be right Rothgar but I kinda think it would be obvious to any law enforcement official if a porn company's videos had kiddy porn. I believe this law was drafted with the intent of ERADICATING or severally LIMITING the porn industry (whether it was law abiding or not) by causing the models to feel endangered by the law revealing their identities.
