I have been working on some art and had a question how old is Frankie from Foster's home for imaginary friends? Reason for asking is because of the age restriction rules. Thanks

Is their a rule against editing someone elses work so long as you give the original credit to the owner of the art?

I would definitely ask the artist/creator first and get their permission - and as you said, also give them credit as being the original artist on your version.
