Who would be a Good choice for a victim

Quite a choice.....well, I'd have to go with Kagome, only because I know little about the others, but from what I've seen, Chi would also be an excellent choice.

Chi is cute but.....KAGOME! KAGOME! KAGOME!

I went with Kagome from the list you provided, but Chi would be really cute too.

If you want some other suggestions, how about Sango the Demon Hunter (also from Inu Yasha) or Mimiru or Subaru from .hack//Sign. Here's some reference for these three characters, plus one of Kagome for those who don't know her.

I would like to see Mimiru from .hack//sign tickled. I was trying to think of her name, but luckily, there was Hahathna with the goods.

Hahathna: thanks for the list it saved me alot of time, Iv got the Sango one almost ready, and a .hack one as well, Mimiru, makes a damn cute target.

kahoshiden: Im guessing youve either read the manga or seen the seires, Mizuho is so damn cute, but im stuck on how to do a TK pic of her, any ideas will be welcome.

Glad I could be of help. Sango is a definite favorite of mine... and I agree completely about Mimiru. She makes an absolutely adorable tickle target!!!
