I don't know the answer to the question, trevor96, but in my dirty little mind, I prefer to think that Betty was off-the-scales ticklish EVERYWHERE, and got off on it in between serious bondage and discipline/damsel-in-distress shots with Irving Klaw and the gang.
Betty in her prime would pretty much be the ultimate ticklee for me!
