Question...what does "feety" mean?

Like the question states, what does "feety" mean specifically? Such as when someone states the bottoms of their feet likely or would likely smell "feety" at a particular moment.

It means to have a quality that is associated with the human foot. In your sample context it would designate an odor most commonly associated with feet. Foot odor being radically different from, say armpit or vaginal odors.
