If you make sure there is no way that the person would think or be able to say you intended to have sex I could not see any prosecutor bothering with this in any way. The easiest way to do it would be to act like it was being produced for distribution and just keep the tape for the memory. Make sure you ask the model if she or he is an officer and tell them this is not an act for sex. I can't imagine a problem but checking with a lawyer is always a safe bet.

the hollywood brother can not see how this is illegal. the idea behind this is pure capitalisitic in nature. one party provides a good or service. in this case one party provides the laughs and ticklee while the other party provides proper conpensation for goods or services rendered. It seems like this is legal to the hollywood brother. if the hollywood brother can pay some lazy whipersnappers to shovel snow and this is legal than why is not paying someone for the service of the tickle not legal? The hollywood brother thinks it is legal and if the courts of this great land called america or anywhere on earth have a problem then the hollywood brother can tell them to chisel the problem on stone, shine it up real nice, turn it sideways and stick it straight up there candy asses if you smell what the hollywood brother is cooking! ooh yea!
