Okay, so, I have never ever purchased a clip online. What can I say? I have always preferred to buy actual hard-copy DVDs(and VHS tapes back when). Putting aside my old fashioned ways for a minute, how exactly does one go about purchasing a clip? I mean, I assume you give your credit card info, and then the transaction, but how exactly does the clip arrive on your computer? Is it similar to megaupload or rapidshare, in that you then receive an access code or something? Surely, it can't be by email? I have confusion. Any help with basic clip buying is appreciated, along with things to watch out for.

The page linked to has your downloads, and all you have to do is right-click and save the clips. You only get one download, however, and I've found that Firefox does not correctly save them. Rick, purchasing clips online from Clips4Sale is so easy, even a caveman can do it. 😛 And the idea of it being darn-near instant (or rather, as fast as your computer is at downloading it) is quite a treat, as well. However, because it's so fast and so easy, you can easily get carried away with purchasing clips left and right (especially since there are, like, hundreds of thousands to choose from), sort of like walking into a mega-candy-store for the first time and going bananas (caramel bananas?). So if/when you decide to join us in the 21st Century ( 😛 ), beware of your digital appetite! It's kinda like...DVDs and VHS are similar to home-cooked meals, in that you eat one and you're satisfied for a while...but Clips4Sale is like a fast-food stop. You can keep eating and eating and eating!!

Oh, and also, heed the page right after purchase that says, "DO NOT REFRESH THIS PAGE!!!" Just fair warning. I actually did it, once, by accident, and got double-billed for the same clip. :cry

This may be repeated info, but ( Assuming this is for clips4sale, which i am sure of) Whichever clip or clips you want just click the " Buy Now" button. A little window comes up with the clips or clip you are ordering. If you wish to checkout now, click the purple button indicating so. You'll then be taken to a page where you enter in your Credit/Debit Card Info, such as the CC number, your name, billing address. Then you click submit. Now You'll come to a white screen with the big red letters that state " DO NOT REFRESH OR YOU WILL GET DOUBLE BILLED!" The rest of the page is just stating that such and such amount was billed from your account, and you can print the page out, just to keep a record. Then you click the blue link, which will take you to another page where your purchased clips are, and then right click and save..

Ah! Very good! I'm afraid I sort of lost track of this thread being away for afew days with other business. Many thanks for the advice and warnings to all. I will indeed heed these admonishments as I plunge(feet first?) into the 21st century. I'm only really doing it for a friend, but I can imagine it could become quite addicting.

I could never get a prepaid credit card to work for "the Laughing Gas Zone's" Clips4Sale website. Wonder if it works for other Clips4Sale sites?
