Questions about song lyrics I need answers to before I go crazy

A group called Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) has a song called Born on the Bayou There is a line that goes "My ole houndog chasin down a who do there" What is a who do there,and why would a houndog chase it?
Another song of their's,Bad Moon Rising has a line in it that goes "Oh there's a bathroom on the right" What's that supposed to mean?

Thanks for the link Ann I was actually trin to be sarcastic My point was some of these song lyrics sound really wierd For example I don't wanna be your beast of burden by the Rolling Stones It almost sounds like I don't wanna be your pizza burnin Or ground control to major tom by David Bowie sometimes sounds like clown control to mao tse tung
