Questions regarding new design

Hey maybe somebody could answer a couple of minor questions I have.
Why aren't the downloads for attachments being counted?
How is it the thread veiws are being counted now? If I go into a thread it doesnt seem to count my hit to it.

They are delayed an hour to conserve server resources. Instant views take a toll on the server when 200+ people are browsing it over and over.

SOunds like good idea to me, but i was also wondering why the downloads weren't being counted. Is it the same reason, to save resources?

Okay well at least now we know that there is a deliberate reason for this! I had no idea counting the downloads took resources! I've learned something today 🙂

i was wondering how do i put a clip into a post. i hit manage attachment and then click browse and find the file and then hit add file,but nothing happens. what do i have to do?

Wait for it to finish uploading. Once it does then that window will refresh with the current attachment listed. Then click All Done to finish.
