When I'm on a full day at work (9:30-9:30), the mornings are pretty much dead. So what do I do with that time? This...

These are the only three sketches that didn't completely suck; the amount that I did where one part or another was desperately disproportianate would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. My personal favourite is the last one (why a ballerina? I honestly haven't the foggiest...)

Also, a quick colouration I did of the ballerina while the connection was busy being frozen. 🙂 Larger file size.

These are nice, koopacooper! Some challenging poses (the prone girl in particular). Might we hope for some tickling themes in the future? I know that wouldn't be easy to do at work.... but you can't work every minute!

Eyes are very Powerpuffy and....creepy! @_@

Yeah, I know; I started off in Powerpuff-style, but am slowly moving away from it, although I've always had a bit of problem making eyes look like...well, like eyes. 😛 Any tips?

That and extremities; I tend to hide hands and feet (or clothe them), or sometimes resort to just drawing them as vaguely hand/feet-shaped blobs. But eyes, can't really get away with that as easily.

AGHH I had a reply written and the kid hit the reset button on the computer and I couldnt get it to boot! Feared the worst for a while! Really must open up the machine and disable thoese buttons. grrrr...

Anyway...
Simplifying to the point of ommiting things like hands and feet actually shouldn't be a problem. It just becomes a style preference. As long as proportions are good and the body is symmetrical something like that wouldn't be considered "wrong".
As for eyes...the best advise I can offer based on your piccies there is to remind you that the whole iris (the colored part of the eye) is never visible as a complete circle except in moments of extreme fear and the top of the iris is really never seen at all. Even when the person is looking downward the eyelide close a bit to obscure it.
Try casting your eyes downward and you'll see what I mean. Do you see how opening your eyes fully while looking down would indicate fear?
Also something to note re: your last piccy. The legs usually don't come together with the crotch to make a point. Unless the legs are very large there will be a space between the legs. On very slim figures this space can be present all the way down to the knees even when standing with feet together.

Belated thanks for the tips, Nessonite. Strangely, when I refreshed to show newly updated threads, this one was omitted, hence my just seeing your reply now (over a fortnight later).
