it was his hot looking daughter,the blond one on the show,dont know her name,but the saving grace was when he said it tickled she stopped,and then he said he liked it,and then she started again with a big smile and seemed to get into it,to me that was the only good thing about the scene,cause ya know,it was andy ritcher.but the girl who plays his daughter is very hot.

the actress that plays the hot blonde daughter is Ashley Hartman. She was on American Idol 2 and the O.C. And she is VERY ticklish everywhere because I emailed her and asked and that was her response!
