hey everyone,
i got bored at work the other day and just started drawing, and thought to myself "wow, these are pretty bad, maybe someone will have some tips." so here they are, 4 pieces of "artwork" for your perusal.
some things to note:
i didnt draw hands: every time i draw hands i feel that i ruin the picturewith the crappy hands i drew. so i dont typicaly bother.
i think the shoulders are unusually wide: this might stem from the fact that my first drawing book was about superheros when i was like 10. so since then, ive found it hard to draw more normal looking people.
noses arent easy to draw: so i usually draw ninjas or people with scarves so i dont have to draw them. or mouths. those suck too. these people have both. i went outside my comfort zone a bit, so theres that.
sketch 1: one of the faces is a self portrait, the other one isnt. figure out which one is and you get a cookie.
so there you have it, (a letter opener. (random mst3k the movie reference)) so feel free to leave constructive criticism, praise, waffles, government grants, personal checks, lobotomies (full frontal only, the last partial didnt go so well), or anything else you think needs to be said right here for me.
