Ranma 1/2 - Ranma & Akane tickle fight.

first in a series of Rumiko Takahashi-based art i'm thinking of doing. Here we have a playful little tickle fight between Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo. I wonder who's gonna win? hehe. Bets?

I'm actually not entirely satisfied with this. it was VERY hard to draw their arms crossing over each other for this, and the spot where their lower torsos meet looks VERY off to me >_< wish i'd had better reference material for that, or models. Oh well...

On the 'not so satisfied', I think that you didn't do that bad a job at all. That's not an easy pose combination to draw and you did it pretty well. The arms crossing looks quite natural to me. On the torsos: Maybe Ranma should have been sitting a little higher in reality, but I didn't notice anything on it the first time I looked at the picture (without reading your description). Overall you did a good job on it in my opinion. 🙂

Being a longtime Ranma and a Rumiko Takahashi fan in general I really appreciate this piece. I think that it came out pretty well.

I agree with Ilohnoh. Not a bad work at all! In fact, the expressions are lovely and the posing went out pretty well! It's not easy! Amazing pic!
