I'm a believer in alien abductions. I watch lot of shows on ufos and other alien stuff. I read stories on aliens tickling human being. I'm wondering if any of you guys believe in them. I'd like to hear from you guys

While I do believe in extraterrestrial life--I mean, come on, the universe is frigging ginormous, how can there NOT be?--I tend to be skeptical of the majority of "evidence" that comes to light regarding their presence on Earth. I believe that most UFO photos are faked, abduction stories are fabricated or the result of super vivid dreams and/or bad drug trips, and that there's probably nothing interesting whatsoever in Area 51. I believe in aliens, but I'm not in the "Roswell crowd," if you know what I mean by that.

That aside, alien abduction tickle stories are awesome. XD

I don't think that we're along in the universe-

There are a hundred billion plus stars in the milky way- each stars has on average 1.6 planets around it- that's like 1.6 billion planets in our galaxy and there are like 100 billion galaxies!

The reason we haven't found any aliens is due to the fermi paradox.

I believe in aliens but I'm skeptical of UFO sightings and abductions. If aliens had the ability to find and visit our planet, it means their technology is more advanced than ours and they would likely try to colonize here or we would have more solid evidence. The alien shows on the history channel are pretty much bullshit speculation though

Aliens are out to get you. First they'll test your sensitivity (which takes a thorough testing in itself), then your stamina. Their method is painless for it involves just tickling.

I believe in science and facts.

For instance, what reason would a sentient race that evolved on another planet have to come to our planet. It's polluted, it's mineral wealth is almost half drained, and it's overpopulated by a xenophobic race (aka US) that can't get along with itself much less another sentient species.

Also, consider the level of technology it would take for interstellar travel. Any sentient race smart enough to achieve that level of tech can probably ALTER MATTER to CREATE WHATEVER THEY NEED (aka Star Trek: The Next Generation REPLICATORS).

Maybe our race should start questioning why we're so concerned with possible invasion by another sentient race?
