Sure but
you may run into a non ticklish person. But if somebody is highly ticklish and a very heavy laugher, sure. I can't think of a better more enjoyable way of extracting information. And after she tells you everything, you can always continue with questions that you know she could have not way of knowing.

True Interrogation Story!
I worked with this really cute Amanda Peete look-a-like at my old job. Fortunately, we were friends so I knew I could tickle her without fear of a sexual harrassment suit. I had been throwing around this wiffle ball all day long because we were slow. She finally got perturbed and hid the ball. I kept asking her where she hid it and she kept saying "I'm not telling". At that point in time, I was thanking the tickle Gods for the opportunity they had bestowed upon me. At the end of the day I locked up and started doing the books. Just before we were getting ready to leave I asked her where the ball was. She said I'm not telling. I walked behind her and playfully pinned her arms behind her back and said "Are you going to tell me?" Before she could even answer I took one of my hands and pulled her right foot up behind her, while simultaneously tearing off her clog/mule shoe thing. Soon as the shoe even started to expose her bare feet, she screamed "BEHIND THE FILING CABINET!!!!! BEHIND THE FILING CABINET!!!!" I still tickled her foot till she fell to the ground, paralyzed by ferocious foot tickling, just because she was defiant!!

Depressing for me, you'll probably love it
I had been dating a woman for about 11 months and she let me tie and tickle her a couple nights a week. It was never for a long time because she never really "got into it" like I did. Anyway, we had been together for 11 months when I found out from one of her friends, and mine, that she had been cheating on me with another guy. Well, that really pissed me off, I take manogamy very seriously when in a relationship. I didn't say anything until 3 nights later. I had just finished tying her to her bed when I straddled her, bent down and whispered in here ear, "Have you been cheating on me?" She profusely denied it, I told her what her friend had told me and she continued to deny it. We argued for a few minutes then I started tickling her. Now what you all need to understand is that I had never REALLY tickled her because she didn't love it, she mainly let me do it because it made me happy. But this time I dug into her like a sadistic, psychotic son of a bitch. All the while I was tickling, I was asking her what the man's name was. The next day I was scared out of my fucking mind that she was going to call the police. But, she never did and I never saw her or heard from her again. I was heart broken about it, it was the longest relationship I've ever had with a woman and the only woman I ever really loved.

Nothing worse than a Liar and a cheat and a thief too for that matter since she stole your heart your time and your emotion as well as your trust and love.
You will move on and you will find better.

yeah, well, I found out that when you're tickling some1 for a long time they become confused and that's when deceiving becomes very hard
