Real life foot tickling -- Chinese college girl tickled in university library

[Foot Patrol]

This is about ten years old. I took my camcorder into the university and found this adorable little Chinese college girl studying. She had her big clunky strappies off and her soft, tender bare feet propped up in front of her. Normally I just tape, but I could not resist tickling her sole. My fingernail lightly danced along her soft sole and I heard a tiny gasp on the other side of the cubicle.

Here's a clip -- sorry it's overexposed, but I had the camcorder on the wrong setting.

She was so shy and bashful, when I told her I was sorry but I could not resist tickling her foot, she said, in a heavy Chinese accent, "oh I'm so sorry for that."

I'm so bad, but sometimes it's good to be bad. I have a few other things like this I can post if there's any interest.

What's with the girl's response? She APOLOGIZES to you??? I dont really understand that... or maybe I'm reading too much into it, lol. I figure there are a few possiblities: number one, was weirded out and slightly frightened by the experience, making her want to apologize to you and hopefully end her interaction with you right there, hence the sober apology. Number two - she actually appreciated your need to touch her, in which case she apologized for being such a seductive temptress. Number three, which is kind of similar to number one - she had poor English and couldn't understand what you were saying, but was confused and caught off guard by what you did, and threw out what English she could to politely end the interaction. I'd appreciate your thoughts on the situation, FootPatrol.
Keep up the good work. And yes, I too am interested in more of what you have.

That's what I thought when I read your story. It's definitely a cultural thing. But from the fact that after a few secs she returns her dangling foot I would say that she somehow liked it (at least she was not offended!).
