Hate to quibble over not-much, but -- he appears to be all business. It's a heavy-handed Eastern massage method using pressure points, but he doesn't linger in any (traditional) erogenous zones, so I'd put him in the not-a-perv category. Note that in many of these videos, there's a boyfriend or husband right there, often taking the video, and Luo will stop and tell him how he should massage the woman at home. It's not as intimate as it may seem. (He often uses a marked-up doll in the videos to represent lines of nerves and other points.) But yeah, it's rather amazing that this many women all lie there for so long and let him press all over their butt cheeks pelvic/groin areas.
