real one doesnt work

i have real one and i tried to dowload the clips. they dowload but real one cant open them. it says that it doesnt have the software. any suggestions?

yeah,do the same as i do,download the reqired update to the software so that the clips will play.

how do u know what software u need?

it knows and does it automatically,make sure that the update option on the player isnt disabled and that your firewall isnt stopping the player contacting real networks,at least while you need updates anyway,it`ll say that you need update when you try and play the clip,yeah?....just let it contact real one and it should download the correct codec/codecs,if it asks,give it permission,okay.
