I was 7 or so, so this was some time around 1997 or 98, roughly in there that i was watching regular ass TV, 1 of 4 channels, in the late morning when a commercial ended and there was a talk show host - i think a red head with short hair and black glasses holding up womens under wear as the camera focused.
