RealPlayer Installation Question?

Hey... I got my new Hard-drive... works fine. Installed all things I had on my last HD... except the TK material, gonna do that soon... and one thing :
How can I install realplayer elsewhere than C:\ ... I don't want to install it there, trust me, don't wanna... when I input D:\Real\RealPlayer for the destination, it says: "Invalid destionation!" or something... please help? >_<
Many clips of mine of TK material especially are played with the crappy realplayer (crappy = bugs, isn't such a gadget as other players)

Ohhh... forgot... gotta get QuickTime next... *goes to fetch QT* 🙂

Not quite sure what you mean here. If d: is a cd/dvd-rom, then you might have to install the program to c:, and just copy the catalog over to d: afterwards. Piece of cake.
However, if d: is a harddrive, you have a slightly bigger problem.
Checklist:
- Is the drive formatted?
- Is the drive formatted with the correct filesystem for your OS?
- Have you checked eventual hardwaremalfunctions, for example loose wires?

Bah, skip both QuickTime and RealPlayer. Grab the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack instead. It has stipped down, no-frills (Read: no adware/spyware/intrusiveness, only functionality) versions of both Quicktime and Realplayer that can play nearly any type of file. http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm

Only one warning with using this have I: When installing, go to the screen where it says "Select Components." If you have WIndows Media Player 10 installed (Or any version, just to be safe), scroll down and fine "Windows Media 7/8/9." Uncheck it. Also find "WMA" and uncheck it.

Personally, it is one of the best things I've ever stumbled across. Freedom from both Apple and Realnetworks.
