Recent Advertisements

Over here in England, I have noticed some great adverts on TV lately. Im not sure if they are also shown in other countries, but I was astonished when I saw them.

The first is an advert for some sort of Foot Moisturiser, and the woman has the most smooth and gorgeous feet ever! She strokes her feet throughout the advert when posing in the advert- It's great.

The other that I stumbled across featured a woman tied to the four bedposts waiting to have some 'fun' with her husband. She is blindfolded with a huge grin across her face as she waits for her husband to come back up the stairs. She hear's the door open, but it's the dog. And yes, you guessed it...the dog licks the soles of her barefeet for a few seconds to which she giggles. I forget what the advert is advertising- I was having too much fun just watching it.

Anyway, I'll take a close look as I watch TV today, to see if I see them again. I am pretty confident that the first ad i mentioned will be shown frequently as the foot moisturiser comes from a big, popular company- I forgot now.

Has anyone else seen these wonderful adverts- I would really love to see a clip or some caps. Hopefully the HITW Gang can sort something out 🙂...

Yeh I have seen that dog advert it's for some alcohol it began with an I but I forgot the name though.

I've seen the Foot moisturiser advert two times since I posted the notification. It advertises Garnier Body Cocoon or something like that. It's a great advert- I just can't get over how beautiful and smooth the woman's feet are- they have to be the best I've ever seen!

The product is called 'Garnier Foot Cocoon'. I just saw the ad again 😀. I just can't get enough of it, at the end of the advert she even kisses her feet.

Just as the ad says :

"Goodbye Dry Feet,
Hello Sexyness!"

What is it with adverts and feet nowadays. It's definately a positive thing 🙂 but I just noticed another one today. An advert for 'Lipton Ice Tea'. The advert shows a man drinking the beverage as the advert says "you never know what you might get into". Then examples of things you may like come onto the camera. One of these things are feet as the man is shown holding a barefoot, assumingly about to lick it.

Yeah, I've seen that one before. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be positive though. After it says "You never know what you might get into." it shows him doing other negative things for example it shows him about to get into bed with an elderly lady.

Nice advert none the less.

But yes, it is a good thing, seeing such sexual preferences brought into light will help people keep more of an open mind about this sort of thing.

It is a fact that advertising is all about psychology.

I'd bet serious bucks that the heightened use of feet in commercials has something to do with the tickling fiasco that came to light a few months back in a reality show, when a bachelorette was outed for making a tickling-fetish video.

I learned (years ago) in a psych. class that foot fetishism is one of the most common fetishes for "non-traditional" body parts. I'd guess that the recent attention paid to feet in commercial advertisement is an attempt to capitalize on this. Hey, works for me! I'm paying a lot more attention to (these feet-flashing) commercials than I did before. 😍

I love these adverts too, btw that advert with the dog licking that womans feet is for 'IPA' Irish something Alcahol i think,

Has anybody seen the Milla Jonovich advert where shes advertising some nail polish? She kicks a punching bag and you get a close up of her foot head on, it looks really cute with the pink varnish she is wearing...

btw I've also noticed that a great many adverts are including scenes of feet, even if they couldn't be further from the subject, I've no objection to this 🙂

The new Walkers Crisps advert now shows a scene of some barefeet. Those of Tara Palmer-Tomkinson. Her soles are amazing to look at in this advert as she kicks off her shoes 🙂. A must-see...
