The segment that was just on the Regis and Kelly show involved Kelly and another woman doing gymnastics on two curtain-type things. Impressive stuff, plus lots of nice shots of Kelly's bare feet and toes, as well as those of the other woman.

It will probably be on the interwebs soon, if anyone missed it!
