Hey! I personally use CCleaner. Not only does it help remove unused registry keys and such, it also helps clean up unused files and such on your computer:

CCleaner is the one I've used. I once used a tool called JV16 Powertools, but it went from free to paid and, frankly, hasn't been as high quality as it once was.
