regret question

A WHILe back on this exciting forum that the hollywood brother loves to read, some people posted about regrets and it was a very interesting topic indeed. The hollywood brother got to give props to all the posters on that thread.

Well now the good old all american rock and roll tickle machine known as the hollywood brother got a thing to make people think. You see pretty recently the hollywood brother was taking a hollywood brother walk to get some fresh air and saw a ton of people that rented out a motel to have a week long party. the people were drinking and living it up. the hollywood brother even notcied that the ticklish ladies there were coming out of rooms grabbing guys and taking them back to rooms.

Now since this was observed by the hollywood brother it got the hollywood brother thinking of regrets. you see even though now the hollywood brother is a true icon of the tickle community, back in high school the hollywood brother was introverted and not a party animal like spuds mackenzie. so what been going through the hollywood brother mind is that the hollywood brother regret not having a giant tickle, drinking and sex party like that when he was young. now the hollywood brother is a little older and still has enough stupid morals to think that the act of sex is special and should be shared by people that care for each other.

with this being said how many people have regrets and how do you deal with it when the regret is rubbed in your face or you have to see the regret and have it replay in your mind over and over again?

also as far as regrets go the hollywood brother has plenty but for this topic we will stick to a regret that comes back and bugs you that you do not do in a true tickle fashion or the fashion that you now think you should of done something

Oh, the tickling regrets the Rick Tibbler has had!

I'll never forget, way back when the Rick Tibbler worked for(Gah! You've got me talking in third person now, darn it!)...

Okay, way back in the early 80's I was working at this import store(think Pier One, but more regional). This cute blonde of about the same age actually said, jokingly, "Maybe we should tie-up Rick and tickle him with the ting-ting's"*. It floored me so badly, I didn't know how to respond! Alas, I was too shy to ever tell her, "Yes! Maybe you SHOULD tie up Rick and tickle him with the ting-ting's!!!". :super_hap



*Ting-tings were a form of dried floral accessory, used for making arrangements.

The problems with regrets are that they're all retrospect. If given the choice to go back, we likely wouldn't do anything about it. For example, I moved my last year of high school and had the time of my life. It shaped much of who I am today. I regret the fact that I was only there for a year. I had the possibility of being there for three. But that is in retrospect after I had already seen how amazing it was.

Personally, I also regret the fact that I was once a chronic liar. I did it because I could and I wanted to see what I could get away with. There are still some lies that I've told that people believe about me that I haven't corrected, simply because I don't want to see the reaction when they find out. That's my biggest regret.

However, the one thing I do not regret is being introverted in high school. While I could have been more outgoing, the outgoing ones are typically the ones I found embroiled in some petty drama or much worse things like underage drinking and the like. I liked being where I was, I liked being accepted for the shy, quiet person that I was, and I liked that I was able to set my own pace for anything I wanted to do, whether it was experimenting with anything or approaching people I didn't know.
