Renfaire Tickling

Hello,
Does anyone know what renfaire is exactly? I've seen many clips about it but don't understand quite what it is. Maybe I do, people tickled in public at a festival. I would be too embarrassed (I spelled embarased wrong) to be tied up like that and tickled, I think its only girls though. Would any girls let themselves be tied up and tickled at that? Sometimes the clips involve barefeet and jeans.

Does anyobody have any renfaire clips of rack tickling? Like on the back stretched out ones? Thank you. Look at this, its kind of that.

Lol, why is it embarrassing? I mean it's juz some fun to sit there and try the stocks. I mean nobody is naked or gets humiliated there and there's also no real torture, juz some harmless tickling. I think that is really fun and at least I woud try it.

Not everyone with a fetish is comfortable being tickled in public, Amanda. They feel that it's exposing them more then they are comfortable with.

I think the clips are of an Italian faire. At least most of em that I've seen.

Except for "ren" clips that companies make. I think Paradise has done more of those than anyone else, but they're all "studio", not really at a faire. but if it's the clothes that make it work for you, then it should be fine.

Renaissance fairs are fairs where people go and learn about the Renaissance era.They have clothes,jewelry,games and all kinds of really cool things.They have delicious foods and shows.They even have a jousting!It is a lot of fun but be sure to bring really good shoes because you will do a LOT of walking.I myself have not seen any tickle booths though they have had them at other fairs.They did have a torture chamber though and it was cool to see the different devices.No,mysterious feathers or ticklers though hehehe.Sorry;you would still have fun with out it though.

Ah yes, my younger days. Still have my coat of mail hanging up (14 guage steel rings, 35 lbs). I don't think I would be able to fit in it unless I made some 'additions'.

We used to go to the PA Ren Faire (in the 80's) and put on a show. The group believed in 'real'. Most of the fighters were cleared to use steel swords (blunted) and other types of weapons. Newbies use quarter-staffs, clubs and maces.

All of our equipment was examined for safety and authentication. I was Captain of Archers one weekend. Actually got an award for my prowess with a bow.

Would have loved to tickled some of our lovely ladies. I'm sure they would have agreed (after a few flagons of hot mead).

I dunno the rules at the Italian faire, but that's where the real clips come from, unless it's a candid from amongst playtrons and patrons.

I will tell you, QBmarie...if you got to a faire to learn about the renaissance, you're gonna be misled. We were not accurate. I mean we were set in 1572 and 2 of our main characters were Sir Francis Drake, and Sir Walter Raleigh. In reality in 1572, Drake was still unknighted working for his cousin John Hawkins (which no one ever mentioned), and Raleigh was a university student (Oxford, I think), or maybe fighting in the Low Country Wars. He was some 20 years from his knighthood.

Ok, that was super nerdy, but still...you go to faire to shop, watch shows, and look at bodices 😀 Great fun, just not terribly accurate. Even more fun if you're cast...highly recommended 😉

And yeah, there is a lot of tickling amongst cast....Not the kinky kind, but it's still there.

Back to the topic at hand. Sorry for my geek digression.

That's okay.I had forgotten they weren't very accurate.Although one year when I was attending school at The Home School Cottage our Shakespeare teacher brought us to the Renaissance Fair.That was a really fun class.Also,I think they also have a tickling one in Mexico.

Far? Ok, living in a huge country, my idea of far is skewed, but how far ezzactly is it from you? To my mind, nothing between Poland and England is terribly far.

There's a good chunk of Germany and Austria between Berlin, Germany and Canelli, Italy. Far is also relative based on the means to get somewhere. Without the money, a neighboring town is 'far.'

Like I said, my idea of far is skewed. I mapped it to 10 hours. In my mind, that was just one day of work when I was driving trucks. So to me and my warped idea of distance, that's not too bad. Especially if I'm not the one driving.

Unless it's a bus. Then it's a friggin eternity.....

But yeah, I can see how someone else may think it far.

Well, over Europe different languages all add up to make relatively close destinations less practical, since we lack a common idiom.

Hotels and tourism facilities tend to cater to an international crowd, but the free-wandering rucksack-type might be mildly put off upon discovering English is less common than a natively spoken language.

To be fair, I've seen most of Europe by bus... with the odd ship-trip when necessary.
You could theoretically reach most places on wheels, as long as you've got a sturdy drive-train under your seat.

I think humiliation is what makes public tickling so great -- having a crowd yelling "tickle their feet!" is exciting -- well, to me anyways.
