where do i go to report harassement from someone in chat?

Send a Private Message to Myriads or Kurchatovium. Going to Myriads is the best bet, as he will receive the information from Kurchatovium eventually. Proof of harassment (screen shots of the behavior) is requested if at all possible. If a moderator is in the chatroom at the time a private communique to them is also a good idea.
