The plot for T&T # 4 is exactly as stated on the site. I couldn't have been too impressed with it as I never really remembered any of it scenes or the plot. T&T #3 is a better movie and I loved the two actresses in it.

The plot is as follows: The guy goes to Jennifer Lee (The brunette) who is a hooker, ties her up and tickles her. After he leaves, she goes to the corner of the bedroom and reveals a hidden camera. Next day she calls him and demands money. The blonde come over to comfort her friend and to help him plot. He pokes her in the ribs and realizes that she is ticklish. He then ties her up and tickles her for lying about how ticklish she was. Later on the Blonde meets Jennifer Lee in a warehouse and ties her up and tickles her for blackmailing her friend. The blonde unties the blackmailer, the male friends arrives with a suitcase, the blackmailer gives him the tape. She opens the suitcase which has nothing but rope and a ball gag. The two goodguys doubleteam her and tie her up and tickle her for the rest of the tape. The End
