The forum does have a "Requests" page. I have seen a couple of requests in the "Post Stories" forum before, but my guess is that in the interest of good organization, the best idea would be to post it there.

If you're comfortable, I suggest that posting your actual request publicly will dramatically raise your chances of catching the attention of someone who would be interested in writing it. There's nothing to be afraid of.
