hello everyone,

sometimes when i try to download a video clip, i am unable to download if it ends with '.rm', or '.avi'. forget about '.zip'-- i am completely lost with that one. also, when i try to download, the screen shows what appears to look like a white sheet of paper with the internet explorer letter 'e' on the sheet. i have no idea what that is. i would love to be able to find out about these problems from you good people. to be perfectly honest-- this computer is in my office so nobody knows that i access your website. i cant exactly let people know about this. we all know that this subject of tickling can be a very private subject. it seems that my computer is not fully equipped with all the necessary workings. also, i am a dummy when it comes to computers. pretty much limited to internet acces and emails. i would love to be able to acces '.zip' files. i know they have a website-- but it seems you have to pay for their services. is this true? any help with '.zip' would be wonderful. there are so many video clips that i have missed out on because i could not download '.zip' files. thank you. this website is AMAZING!!!!!!!

Hmmm...I am unsure as to what your exact problem is. First, the easy one, .zip files. THese, like .rar files, are compressed "archives" that can contain any number of files. If you have Windows XP, you can right-click on the file (After saving it to your computer) and select "Extract All" to get to the files in the .zip folder. Alternatively, you can download Winrar from http://www.rarlab.com/ and install it. Then you can double-click on the .zip folder and Winrar will open and you can extract it from there.

With your other problems...have you been downloading the files to your computer first? With many clips, you MUST save them to your computer first and then open them to play them. Because this computer is not your own, you may have a problem with saving files (Although streaming a file (Viewing it directly from the website) does leave traces of it in there).
